REQUIREMENTS

How to become a Member?

Joining the network is reserved for companies that demonstrate a concrete and measurable commitment to decarbonization.
Each company is assessed through a shared, objective technical assessment that verifies compliance with environmental, social and organizational criteria and ensures consistency, quality and credibility across the entire network.

1. Annual emissions monitoring and scenario analysis

The company must monitor its greenhouse gas emissions annually according to recognized standards (e.g. GHG Protocol, ISO 14064) and have a scenario analysis in place that identifies emission reduction pathways consistent with international climate goals.

2. Comply with good ESG practices

The company must demonstrate that it has implemented environmental, social and governance (ESG) actions that go beyond regulatory compliance, with real, measurable and documented impacts.
The practices are organized into three thematic areas:

Environmental

Actions to reduce environmental impact and improve resource management

Use of energy from renewable sources, sustainable mobility and fleet management, energy efficiency and consumption reduction, sustainable waste and packaging management, reduction of waste and process optimization, internal training and awareness-raising on environmental topics

Social

Initiatives for internal wellbeing and positive local impact

Inclusion, equity and corporate welfare, engagement and training for people and the community, projects supporting vulnerable social groups, promotion of local supply chains and enhancement of the local area

Governance

Transparent, sustainability-oriented organizational practices

Business ethics, legality and transparency, clear and accountable corporate structure, sustainable supply chain management, risk management and data protection, continuous training and ESG culture within the company
